    THESE POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO VOLUNTEERS & PAID STAFFING.  ALL APPLICANTS MUST NEED TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Minimum Eligibility for Appointment (All Positions)
      1. At least 1 year of active (carded) EMS Provider PREFERRED.
      2. Must be active weekly with the agency, including handling calls as the primary transporting provider.
      3. Valid BLS CPR card.
    2. Minimum Eligibility for 1st Lieutenant 
      1. At least two years of officer experience preferred 
      2. Must be an online New York State EMT-P
    3. Minimum Eligibility for 2nd Lieutenant
      1. At least one year officer experience preferred
      2. Can be either an online New York State EMT-B or EMT-P
    4.  Minimum Eligibility for 3rd Lieutenant
      1. Entry level position
      2. Can be either an online New York State EMT-B or EMT-P
    5.  Minimum Eligibility for Apparatus Officer
      1. Entry level position
      2. Can be either an online New York State EMT-B or EMT-P
